The Woodlark ushers in a new era of luxury as a historic landmark hotel in the center of downtown Portland. Housed in two buildings from the early 1900s, the Woodlark is - and has always been - a House of Welcome.

Straightaway Cocktails & Accompani are the makers of the finest ready-to-serve cocktails and award winning amari, botanical liqueurs, and vermouth. They take the ‘scenic route’ in cocktail building and source ingredients of the finest grade. Case in point, they are just maniacal enough to roast their own hazelnuts and pick their own fir needles to build their house made bitters.

ACCOMPANi was born to celebrate the notion of a drinking companion: one who provides good company to drinkers and drinks alike.

Liqueurs, amari + vermouths are a particular passion to us. These are the magical building blocks of countless favorite cocktails, and in your hands, more new countless favorites will surely be born.

At Ransom Spirits, we distill our spirits in a hand-hammered, direct-fired French alembic pot still. We make all of the selective cuts by taste and smell - without the use of robots. Traditional distillation retains greater aromatic intensity and body from the raw materials we select with great care. We mash and ferment our base wort on site weekly in small batches, sourcing local and organic grains where possible and incorporating barley grown on our own farm.
